Cancellation of transaction and return of products:
1. A customer who has made a purchase on the website, may cancel the transaction within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and regulations enacted by virtue of it, which will apply in full to transactions on the website.

 

2. When purchasing a product advertised on the website, the transaction can be canceled from the date of the transaction and up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. It is clarified that this section will not apply to custom-made products.

 

3. Custom ordering of works that will be prepared by the artist for the client in person cannot be canceled and returned. " Personal order" in these terms also includes works for which a frame other than that sold on the site has been selected.

 

4. Each cancellation notice must state the order number, full name, and ID card number. The purchased product must be returned in its original packaging without being opened, without any dirt or defect of any kind, and with an original invoice attached. The buyer will bear the cost of shipping the work back to the site owner.

 

5. In the event of cancellation of such a transaction by the customer, and within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, the site will cancel the charge for the transaction without charging an additional amount from the customer, except for handling fees of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
