Shipping and delivery

1. The delivery of the products purchased on the site and for which the consideration was paid in full by credit card as stated above, will be made by Israel Post and/or the courier company chosen by the site. Delivery of the products and/or services will be made to the postal address provided by the customer when placing the order.

2. The site will deliver the products to the customer up to 21 business days from the date of approval of the purchase.

3. In special circumstances of delay such as due to force majeure, the site will inform the customer upon learning of the delay and will allow him to choose between waiting for the product or receiving a replacement product.

4. The site will not be responsible for delays caused out of its control and/or originating from the customer himself, such as the inability to contact the customer during normal working hours. Such delay will not constitute a breach of obligation on the part of the site.

5. The site offers transportation and delivery at its own expense in cases of "regular" transportation and delivery within the State of Israel. In cases of exceptional transportation, such as but not limited to, transportation to high floors without an elevator and/or transportation that requires special means or additional manpower, the customer will be charged an exceptional transportation fee which will be delivered in advance.
